Q: What is your Return and Refund Policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED/UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, items for personal use (makeup, lipsticks, brassiere, panties, lingeries,

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), in a form of store credit.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping fees are not refunded unless your item was not yet shipped when you requested cancellation.
If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a store credit for the original price of the item as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

We have a large assortment of products not stocked on hand when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you in just a few days. Nothing to worry about if you don't receive all items at once
Q: How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order within 8 hours upon placing your order. We process all orders as fast as we can. If you want to cancel your order, let us know immediately at info@buyerspickph.com or message us on our facebook page. Orders canceled beyond 8 hours are already shipped and no changes are no longer applicable. As most of our items are shipped from overseas and it cost us much shipping fee, so orders placed beyond 8 hours can no longer be canceled.
